I bought a 2020 FXR Mule, after taking it in for service and to repair a rattle that I thought was a loose heat shield on the muffler. Whitney ( Service Manager) called me and said that there were multiple engine problems but not to worry they were covered under warranty. Whitney called me back again saying that Kawasaki was going to replace the entire engine but it would take some time. I asked about trading it in, Ryan (Sales Manager) took over from there. When it was all said and done UV Country gave me full 2020 price back and I paid the difference between the 2020 and a 2021 and drove off in a brand new 2021 FXR Mule. UV Country was a joy to deal with and truly care about the customer. I will never buy a Kawasaki from anyone but them....Jay from Jones Creek, Texas.

Bought a 2014 Kawasaki mule 4x4 610 xc. Have used it very much at our farm. I am interested in the FXT ranch edition. Since i am a return customer i was wanting to see what kind of deal i could get on the FXT ranch edition. I am ag tax exempt. I have already gotten one drive out price of 18000. i would hope ya'll could do better then that since i am a return customer.

I recently was the lucky winner of a Kawasaki Mule, sponsored in part by UV Country Power Sports, at the Galveston County GOTFISH Expo. When picking up the Mule, complete with trailer donated by UVC, my husband and I could not have been treated better! Service Manager Tim is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Great service for my Mahindra Tractor made me want to come back when I was looking to buy my Mule Pro Ranch. Easy dealings with Ryan and the finance Department on that purchase made sure I came back when we got our Bad Boy Maverick mower. Go by and take a test ride in their field/track out back. I shopped all over and keep coming back here.

I couldn't be happier. Shannon took the time to go over my selection, and never blinked twice when I changed nearly the entire set-up over the weekend. She got me the tractor I really wanted, along with a multitude of attachments and implements (6 counting the loader) for my Max 26XL Shuttle, and parked it all on top of a brand-new 20' Big Tex 70PI Tandem Axle trailer, all for just a little bit (very little bit) more than one of those "green ones" and loader only. As a retired firefighter with over 32 years of industrial and volunteer fire service under my belt, I was impressed by her dealership's tributes to our veterans and public servants. Between mine and my wife's lineage, we have ancestors that have served in nearly every war all the way back to, and including the American Revolution. To say that veterans hold a special place in my heart could only be an understatement. exceptional service by very friendly people!! Scott did a great job explaining all my options and after i made my decision got me a great deal on the enclosed cab i decided on. He then took care of all the shipping details for me (this was huge). Witney was diligent in following up making sure i received the shipment on time and in good order. They made the process of buying an enclosed cab for my Mule Pro FXT very easy in spite of the fact i did it from Fairbanks Alaska! I would highly recommend UVC Powersports!!
